Partner Spotlight: Dave Pullman
For 20 years, Ciccio Restaurant Group has been built on successful partnerships. With seven restaurant concepts under their belts, CRG is ready to make their first move away from the west coast of Florida. In conjunction with owner/founder Steven Lanza, David Pullman who has worked with CRG in various management roles over the last 5 years, will be spearheading the South Florida expansion of CRG’s build-your-own bowl restaurant, Fresh Kitchen.
About David:
Originally from New York, Pullman earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Tourism from Arizona State University. During his time there, he worked for one of the busiest hospitality establishments in town, Acme Roadhouse.
There, he started out as a doorman, but quickly worked his way up to bartender. After graduating from ASU, he moved back to New York. In 2011, Dave made his way to Tampa, after Matt Lanza (a child-hood friend and co-owner of CRG) asked him to be a part of his real estate company.
After a few years working in Tampa, Dave decided to move back to NYC to continue to build his hospitality experience.
After his time in NYC, David headed back to Tampa, where he joined Ciccio Restaurant Group as the managing partner at The Lodge on South Howard Ave.
David eventually shifted his focus to concept development and helped launch CRG’s first quick service restaurant, Fresh Kitchen. Since helping open stores in South Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota, David is excited to share the knowledge and passion he has accumulated to help open the first FK in South Florida. This March, Fresh Kitchen will open on N. Military Trail in Boca Raton. Stay tuned to our social media pages for updates on grand opening events!
