It may be November, but Thanksgiving turkey is not the only byrd on our mind this month.
Over the past several days, Ciccio Restaurant Group has been celebrating the opening of the company’s latest concept, Better Byrd in St.Petersburg. Chicken-based dishes and house-made donuts are served all day long in a vibrant, modern space. Boldly flavored wraps, sandwiches, wings, and bowls, a signature CRG menu staple, are just a few of the options that guests are presented with at Better Byrd.
Prior to the restaurant’s November 11th grand opening, friends and family were invited to experience the food before anyone else! Now that the restaurant is open, guests are welcome to stop by for everything from the Byrd-A-bing bowl with chilled, roasted, and pulled chicken with creamy mojo dressing to the GOODmorning Sandwych with buttermilk fried chicken and whipped maple butter served on a homemade English muffin. Fear not, vegetarians… Veggie burgers can be substituted for byrd on any menu item.

Whether you come by for brunch or dinner, a stop at Better Byrd is not complete without an order of mini donuts, available in over 12 different flavors, including toasted coconut, hibiscus cardamon, and maple bacon walnut.
